You can assign activities to individual students or small groups within a class. This is useful for differentiation, make-up work, or targeted practice.
How to Assign to Specific Students
Start by assigning an activity as usual — from My Library or the Snorkl Library.
When you reach the Assign to Class screen, find the class you want to assign to.
Instead of selecting the class name, click the pencil icon ✏️ to the right of the class.
A list of students in that class will appear.
Select the specific student(s) you want to assign the activity to and click done.
Review or adjust any activity settings (such as due date, accessibility, or Snorkl Coach).
Click Assign to finish.
Only the selected students will see this activity in their class dashboard.
💡 Note: If you share the activity link with other students, they will be able to access it — but in the class view, only the students you selected will see it listed under their assignments.
✅ Tip: You can repeat this process to assign different activities to different groups of students within the same class.
