Viewing Student Responses and Feedback

Learn how to view student responses, feedback, and completion status in Snorkl.

Updated over a week ago

You can view student responses, progress, and AI feedback for any assigned activity directly from your class view.

How to View Student Responses

  1. Navigate to the Classes tab at the top of your Snorkl homepage.

  2. Select the class where the activity was assigned.

  3. Click on the activity you’d like to review.

  4. You’ll be taken to the Responses tab for that activity.

Here, you’ll see student work organized into Correct, Incorrect, and Incomplete groups.

Tip: You can switch between the Responses, Insights, and Edit tabs at the top of the screen to move from viewing work to analyzing trends or adjusting the activity setup.

What You’ll See

  • Correct / Incorrect:
Students who have completed the activity are grouped based on their performance.

  • Incomplete:
Students who started but haven’t submitted yet will appear here.

    • If the preview is greyed out, the student hasn’t opened the activity yet.

    • If you see the whiteboard, they’ve started but haven’t submitted.

You can also sort responses by:

  • Best Try – Displays the student’s highest-scoring attempt.

  • Latest – Displays their most recent attempt.

  • All – Shows every attempt submitted by the student.

The number beside each student’s name indicates how many attempts they’ve made.
