You can download a student’s response to save for records, share during conferences, or review offline.
How to Download a Student Response
Navigate to the student’s response from your class view.
In the top-right corner of the screen, click the three dots (⋯) menu.
Choose one of the available options:
View Whiteboard – Opens a larger view of the student’s final whiteboard.
Download Whiteboard – Saves a static image (screenshot) of the student’s final whiteboard.
Download Video – Downloads the full video recording of the student’s response.
Download Transcript – Downloads the student’s audio as a text transcript.
Copy Transcript – Copies the text of the transcript to your clipboard.
✅ Tip: If you’re reviewing multiple student submissions, you can quickly move between students using the left and right arrows at the top of the screen.
