How to use this page
This page contains all 50 states in the United States and tells you what the best next step will be for you to ensure data privacy compliance when using Snorkl. If you are a district administrator, please find your state in the table below and follow the suggested action. This could either be signing exhibit E or sending your district's Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) for signature.
Sign Exhibit E: If your state is listed with this next step, it means that you should sign Exhibit E, which is a specific part of the DPA that has been customized for your state and already been signed by another district in your state. In this instance, you would become a ‘subscriber’. Send it to [email protected] for confirmation.
Send your district's DPA for signature: If there is not already a signed agreement for your state, please reach out to [email protected] with the agreement you want signed. Student data privacy is one of our top priorities. However, please note that we are receiving a large number of these requests and processing times might vary.
