Adding Folders to the School or District Library

Learn how to share your folders with your school or district library so other teachers can access and use your activities.

Educators can share entire folders to their School or District Library, making it easy for other teachers to discover and use groups of related activities.


How to Add a Folder to the School or District Library

  1. Navigate to My Library.

  2. Find the folder you’d like to share.

  3. Click the three dots (⋯) to the right of the folder.

  4. Select Add to School & District Library.

  5. Choose the appropriate:

    • Grade level(s)

    • Subject(s)

    • Library (School and/or District)

  6. Click Publish.

Your folder will now be available in the selected library.


Updating Your Folder

Any updates you make to your folder will also be reflected in the School or District Library:

  • Adding activities to the folder

  • Removing activities from the folder

This ensures that shared folders stay up to date for all teachers.


Viewing folders in the School or District Library

  1. Go to the School & District Library.

  2. At the top of the page, you’ll see folders.

  3. Click View All on the right to see all shared folders.

  4. Select a folder to open it.

Inside a folder:

  • You’ll see all included activities.

  • Grade and subject tags appear at the top.

  • Click any activity to:

    • Add it to your library, or

    • Assign it directly to a class


💡 Tip: Sharing folders is a great way to collaborate with your team — organize activities by unit, standard, or skill and make them easily accessible to others.
